 The Role:

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to develop their career in a fast growth technology company. You will be part of the Customer Success team and have direct communication with Bango customers. Reporting to the VP Payments, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for proactively driving the success of our customer through unique insights that lead to actionable plans. 

  • Responsible for the engagement and relationship management of the assigned accounts
  • Develop long-lasting business relationship with new customers
  • Driving the success of our customers (Increased revenue, sales conversion, active user numbers, increased consumer loyalty).
  • Provide recommendations to enable customers to get the most out of the Bango platform
  • Stimulate customers to use the services offered by Bango Platform
  • Understand & address customer requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources
  • Identify and share intelligence that can be used to drive competitive differentiation in the Bango proposition
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and technical teams, represent the customer within the organization

Essential experience and capabilities:

  • Someone who genuinely cares about customers succeeding within the Bango ecosystem
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a role that required influencing customers and identifying opportunities for business growth ideally in an account management or pre-sales role.
  • A well organized, self-motivated and with technical aptitude person
  • Comfortable to work within a data driven team 
  • Curious mindsight to interpret data and extrapolate recommendations to customers to drive increased success
  • Very good communication skills and ability to use positive language with customers and with the different functions at Bango
  • Ability to actively engage, listen, influence and steer discussions with customers
  • Ability to present to external customers at varying levels across various mediums (i.e. face to face, conference call, workshops)
  • Some travel is expected
