The Role

As the Internal Recruiter, you will work as part of a small HR team reporting to the HR Manager and taking the lead on all aspects of recruitment across Bango.

The main aim of the role is to work with the business to support the end to end recruitment process, attract and engage quality candidates whilst providing a high level of customer service to Bango’s hiring managers. Job Responsibilities

=Partner with recruiting managers to provide guidance and support to engage with the very best talent for Bango

=Attract talented candidates through creative sourcing and proactive search methods to engage exceptional candidates for current and future vacancies.

=Produce material for and to attend recruitment fairs

=Build and Maintain talent pipeline to enable efficient and successful hiring

=Clearly understand the job specifications and turn this into engaging and attractive job adverts

=Ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment methods are adopted, including use of direct hiring through social media etc.

= Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles and assist hiring managers to ensure they have everything they need to hire awesome candidates and that the recruitment process is followed effectively

=Coach and guide line managers in recruitment and selection

=Develop, monitor and manage job posting to job boards and various social media channels

=Utilise the ATS for all recruitment activities, ensuring control and processes are adhered to for the highest level of integrity and accuracy.

Essential skills and experience:

=Significant experience of working within an internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, with an ability to manage multiple, diverse vacancies at any one time

=Experience of direct sourcing

=Strong expertise with a proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates for hard to fill roles

=Strong IT and social sourcing media skills and highly adept at deploying strategies to source candidates through a variety of direct and indirect methods, to utilise in attracting and developing talent

=Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and solve problem quickly

=Well organized with good attention to detail and follow through

=The ability to work with confidential information without sharing it or appear to be sharing it inappropriately

=Experience of sourcing and candidate attraction using social media and job boards

=Ability to work autonomously and independently

=Excellent influencing and negotiating skills and ability to 'manage upwards' to ensure that processes are adhered to, appropriate actions are taken, and deadlines met.

=Experience of communicating effectively with people at all levels of the business
