Role

We are currently recruiting a driven, well organized and focused Client Solutions Manager to join our growing Client Solutions team. Reporting to the VP of Client Solutions, the CSM is the customer facing account manager for a book of active mobile app advertiser clients that use Bango Audiences.  This role will draw on your experience setting up and running Facebook mobile app marketing campaigns in Ads Manager to manage clients as their direct line of support.  Bango Audiences are self-serve and we don’t run the media on the behalf of our customers, but we do set them up for success using our experience, knowledge of their KPIs, our in house set of best practices and current media trends.

Success in this role includes ability to manage multiple clients’ needs simultaneously, secure growing budgets, deliver best ROI on campaigns, and ensure client renewals. We want our clients to be successful and put their needs first so sensitivity to realistic KPIs is our guiding principle. 

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients in kick off calls and campaign set up
  • Support existing roster of clients diverse set of needs via email and video calls.  In person meetings when safe and realistic.
  • Join strategy meetings with clients and provide guidance in campaign set up and ongoing optimization
  • Liaise with Product teams to provide real time market feedback on product needs and implement them
  • Compile month end reports with month end ad spend totals for Billing & Finance
  • Explore new platforms (TikTok & Snap) for product expansion
  • Manage clients to monthly renewals towards our renewal goals
  • Support sales calls, when necessary, as the voice of Client Solutions and explain the technical nature of Bango Audiences
  • Use data and creativity to help recommend the most impactful Bango Audiences to clients to achieve their ROAS goals

Essential

  • Experience running mobile app install (MIA) campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem (major developers, attribution providers, ad networks, and players in the industry)
  • Familiarity with mobile app metrics/KPIs, strategies, technology, terminology, and best practices
  • Working in a customer facing role and comfortable speaking with clients to manage up sells, optimization recommendations and answer questions
  • Ability to work in a high functioning team, contribute unique ideas and accept recommendations from X functional team members.

Desirables

  • Experience as a media buyer or as a seller of vendor solutions for user acquisition
  • Agency or MMP experience a big plus
  • An interest or experience in mobile apps across multiple categories including games, financial services and media
  • Building and continually improving go to market plans
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
